It was a remarkable Fall Saturday. The temperature was perfect, the sky was overcast, and the Gorby’s were ready for their family session. The full yellow leaves on the ground looked as if they were perfectly placed while the trees were begging to be in the background. Everything came together for the Gorby’s, everything including their location. They couldn’t have picked a more perfect setting.
During their session, it was as if we were all old friends walking in the woods laughing and sharing stories. I realize that some families just have it. The charisma, the easygoingness that makes me want to hang out with them while watching tv or enjoying dinner.
Jamie and Gordy, I truly am honored to have photographed your family. Thank you so much for choosing to spend your time with me.
